If you are unsure of the correct password for your eXp email account it's often best to attempt manually logging in on the website at https://mail.expglobal.partners to ensure you are using the correct password for the setup. Both of these sections will need to be filled out completely, including the areas that state they are optional otherwise you will not have full functionality to send and receive emails from your iOS device.
