Using a Temporary Password to Reset Your Password
Overview
If you have been issued a temporary password for your eXp Passport account by eXp Support, follow the steps below to login and set a new password.
Instructions
1. Go to https://exprealty.okta.com/, enter your Username, then click Next
2. Sign in with your eXp email address and the temporary password you received from eXp Support
3. Enter your new password in both fields, then click Change Password to confirm the change.
4. Congratulations! Your password has now been set and you will be logged into your Passport account.
