Review the Onboarding Guide to know what to expect during the Onboarding Process. An Onboarding Analyst will process your Join Application once it has been submitted and will be a point of contact during your onboarding. They partner with your State Broker Team, who handles the license transfer process. - Step 1: Submit the Join Application
The agent must submit the eXp Realty Join Application in order to start their Onboarding process.

- As the Team Leader or Brokerage Owner, upon completion of your
Join Application, a member of eXp Realty's Team and Brokerage Integrations will contact you to facilitate your team or brokerage transition and formation within eXp.

- As a Team Member, upon your activation, a member of eXp Realty's Team Services will contact you to address any inquiries as a team member.

- Step 2: License Verification
The Onboarding Analyst will review the agent's name and license number on the state commission website and will verify the license status.
Please know that the agent's Join Application information must match their name as licensed.
- Step 3: Broker Approval
The Onboarding Analyst will contact the State Broker Team for further information regarding your license status and eligibility of transfer.
- Step 4: Document Completion
The Onboarding Analyst will be reviewing the agent's completed
Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) and will be contacting the agent regarding any revisions needed. All revision correspondence will be sent from the following email: onboarding@exprealty.net. The paperwork for that revision will be sent from the following email: revisions@exprealty.net.

- Please note that the final four digits of your tax identification number must match on both your W-9 form and Direct Deposit form.

- Please note that if your Join Fee or Monthly Fees are filled out on your application to be paid by another party, the Onboarding Analyst will reach out to you to seek the contact information for that party to fill out a 3rd Party Payment Authorization Form.

- Step 5: License Transfer Step
Depending on the agent's state, the State Broker Team will contact the agent with detailed instructions on the next steps of the license transfer process. Once the agent's license has been affiliated with eXp Realty, the agent will move to the final process of Onboarding.

- Step 6: Become an active agent with eXp Realty
The Onboarding Analyst will review the agent's Join Application in full in order to activate them in our system. The agent will receive an automated Welcome Email once they are converted to active status in our internal system, Enterprise.
Please note that the $149 Join Fee will be charged within 24-48 hours of being activated.
