Directions on how to make your leads/contacts "private" , what that means and any caveats you should be aware of.
The following 2 settings in your kvCORE Agent Profile are only intended to work with a connection to a CORE Team Addon.

Yes, eXp Realty has the Lead Duplication setting enabled at the company level.
Agents, who are not connected to a CORE Team Addon, can not see each other's contacts/leads unless they share the lead with another agent.
At that time the lead becomes viewable/editable in the receiving agent's CRM. The agent who shared the lead can always remove the sharing which will remove the ability for the other agent to view/edit the lead.
Your leads set to private and hide DOES NOT affect sharing and DOES NOT do anything that the system is not already implementing.
Agents who are connected to a CORE Team Addon, their leads can be viewed and managed by the CORE Team Addon Agent Admin (any agent connected to the CORE Team Addon and who has the admin privileges assigned to them for the team).
The exception here is if the agent has made their leads/contacts private using the account settings. The Team Admin will either not see the lead at all or it will show as private for the name and they will not be able to view the contact timeline, see any identifiable information and will not be able to send any mass emails/texts or do campaign assignments.
As a reminder, leads owned by the team will not be affected by your privacy settings
To make your leads private, simply follow these steps:
- Click the drop-down in the top right (You'll see your email) and then click My Profile.
- Click the Settings button in your profile.
