kvCORE Website - Office Name, Office Address and Compliance Pieces

What the information you will see on your kvCORE site, both in the header and footer. What can be changed, removed, hidden or added.

Understanding the information that may be displayed in the footer of your site:

The address, name and other compliance pieces displayed comes from the office your kvCORE account is connected to
  • Offices in kvCORE do not represent any offices at the MLS, this includes branch offices
  • Offices in kvCORE only represent the MLS IDX feed it houses and the eXp Designated Managing Broker who signed for the feed
  • We uses offices in kvCORE to house individual MLS IDX feeds
  • Agent accounts and their sites are child/template sites to the office(s) they are connected to.
  • Agent accounts and their sites borrow the MLS IDX feed from the office(s) they are connected to

Since your kvCORE will borrow your Broker's MLS IDX Feed this means your account and site also inherit the necessary compliance information.

This may include the address, office name, custom pages, and default settings as well as the listings.

Can you change the address in the footer?

No, that is controlled at the office level and all offices in kvCORE are Corporate Assets.
Any changes to the office affect every agent attached. There is no way to make those types of changes for a specific agent account at this time.

Can I remove it?
Yes, there are settings in kvCORE where you can hide the office address in the footer of your site.
This setting is located in your Web&IDX > Edit Settings > General > Hide Office Information

Toggling on the "Hide Office Information" will only remove the office address from being visible in the footer of your kvCORE site.

Always consult with your eXp State Broker (Designated Managing Broker or Managing Broker) before removing any address in the footer of your site, especially the one tied to the office.

California Agents - This option has been disabled for any agent connected to an office for this state. It is required that you display the San Ramon address at all times.

There will be instances where the office address may still show up on outbound messages from the kvCORE System.

You can not remove those or hide them.

Any settings to remove the address only affect your site.

Can I add my own address?
Yes, there are settings in kvCORE that allow you to add a secondary address to the footer of your kvCORE site.
This setting is located in your Web&IDX > Edit Settings > General > Additional Address

Always consult with your eXp State Broker (Designated Managing Broker or Managing Broker) before adding any address information in the footer of your site.

Can I change the Office name?
