      How to Opt into kvCORE

      Requirements:

      Before you can opt into kvCORE you must do or be the following

      1. You must be an active eXp Realty agent
      2. You must be an active member of an MLS*
      3. You must be listed at your Board/Association and/or MLS as with eXp Realty**

      4. Verify it is something eXp Realty has set up in kvCORE 

        1.  Your can check this out via the link here https://expcloud.com/exp-mls-associations/

        2. If it says "In Process" this means the IDX feed and Corporate site is not live. Your account can not be created. Your state's eXp Realty Broker Team can help provide you with insight and updates on when this will go live.

       

      *You must be an active member of the MLS and have the legal rights to display their data on your agent kvCORE site.

      **You must be listed as with eXp Realty to pass through the approval process

       
       
      If all of the above are true and correct then you can proceed to the steps below

      Opting into kvCORE:

      1. Log into expenterprise.com
      2. Click on "Optional Services"
      3. Click on "Sign Up"
      4. Confirm that the information is correct
        1. If any information on this screen is incorrect or missing STOP*
          1. Sign out of Enterprise
          2. Reach out to Agent Onboard & Agent Support immediately to have your information corrected
            1. We recommend you log into eXp World and visit this team's department in world for the quickest resolution
            2. If you can only email then send to agentservices@exprealty.net
              1. Please send the correct context in your email
                1. If missing info and can not opt in, request that they check your profile and update with the proper Board/Association/MLS info
                2. If incorrect information request that it be updated and be prepared to show "proof of membership"
      5. Read and check all of the required disclaimers
      6. Click on "Send"

       

      Account Creation and expectations:

      The average account creation time is quoted at 7-10 Business days

            

      There are a number of factors that we take into account and why we quote this time
      1. Staffing
      2. Account Creation process has a technical issue
      3. Some MLS require an approval process*

       

      The time listed above is an average based on the identified factors and is not reflective of every account created.

      Quebec Agents, Commercial Agents and Agents in the Referral Brokerage do not get access to kvCORE.

      Please speak with your Broker for information on which platform you will have access to.

      *You will not have access to kvCORE until the approvals from the above MLS are obtained.

       

      Can this be expedited?

       

      Yes, if you follow all of the steps and instructions above this will expedite the process.

      If you have opted into kvCORE with an MLS that requires an approval process you will be notified by email about a delay in setup.
      1. If you have questions, speak directly with your eXp State Broker team
      2. Please respond to every communication sent by our Vendor. Inside Real Estate owns the product kvCORE. Their IDX Team will email, call and text you.
      3. Be prepared to pay any additional fees that the MLS may require immediately upon request.
      4. Please complete paperwork with your information only

       

      It has been more than 7-10 Business days 

      Double check your inbox and spam folder. 
      1. Upon account creation and/or approvals a "Welcome to kvCORE" email is sent out that contains your login information
      2. "Welcome to kvCORE" emails are sent out via MailChimp for highest deliverability. It will auto resend on next day if you did not open the first.
