How do I set up Outlook? (International Agents Only)

eXp Global Email Outlook Setup Guide

In order to set up Outlook with your eXp Global Email, please follow the steps below.

 

The steps below are for the Windows version of Outlook. For other email clients, please see the bottom of the page. Some versions of Outlook on Mac do not have the STARTTLS Encryption method and will not be supported.

 

Step 1 - If opening Outlook for the first time, you’ll see the below image. If already using Outlook, please click File and then select +Add Account to see the below image. Enter your email address (1), click Advanced options and check “Let me set up my account manually (2), then click Connect (3).

 

Step 2 - If a Google sign-in screen appears, click the “x” in the upper right, then click it again when it reappears.

 

You will see the screen below telling you something went wrong. Select “Change Account Settings” 

 

If you did not get the Google Sign-in screen, simply click “IMAP

 

Step 3 - Please enter the following information for the IMAP Settings:

 

Incoming Mail Server: mail.expglobal.partners

Port 143

Encryption Method STARTTLS

Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) must be checked for the incoming mail server. Reference the image below for example.

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.expglobal.partners

Port 587

Encryption Method STARTTLS

 

Click Next

 

Step 4 - Please enter the password you have set up after changing your default password in the webmail. Click Connect or OK

 

Step 5 - Outlook will prepare and connect to your new email account.

 

Other Email Client Set Up Options

 

If you are using Outlook for Windows, the new app provided in the Windows 11 OS which replaces the native mail app for Windows 11 please use the following information for setup.


Incoming Mail Server: mail.expglobal.partners
Port 993
Encryption Type: SSL/TLS

 

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.expglobal.partners
Port 587
Encryption Type: SSL/TLS

 

To set up other email clients such as iOS, OSX, and Android, please use the built in email application on the device to set up an IMAP email account with the below server information. 

Incoming Mail Server: mail.expglobal.partners
Port 143
Encryption Method: STARTTLS

 

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.expglobal.partners
Port 587
Encryption Method: STARTTLS

 

Please be aware that while we cannot support all email clients, you are welcome to reach out to support@exprealty.com for further questions and assistance on what can be supported.

If you don't have the option of selecting the port number, it may be necessary to enter the server names as follows:
Incoming Mail Server: mail.expglobal.partners:143
Outgoing Mail Server: mail.expglobal.partners:587
