is a six-week journey, where you will learn from eXp agents who experienced truly amazing results in their first year, built relationships, and formed habits for immediate success. Actualize intentions, customize systems, and uncap your potential.The FastCAP program will show you how to:
- Define who you are as a real estate professional
- Identify the customers you want to attract and work with
- Attract such customers to your business through a mixture of lead-generation activities
- Cultivate relationships over time so that when people are ready, they work with you
- Present your value to win the the seller's or the buyer's business
- Provide customer service that will make your clients brag about you to their friends and refer them to you
- Ensure the deals you put together stay together and close
- Create clients and referrals for life
- Build the daily habits of success in real estate to ensure a stable pipeline of business
- Identify the steps to owning your own business
This course is not education — it's training! Each week you'll be assigned activities designed to get you into action. Then, every Friday, you'll attend and report out what you did that week in a live Zoom accountability session!
