CRM of Choice empowers you to be intentional with your business by giving you access to one of three top-tier CRM platforms — BoldTrail, Lofty, Cloze — included in your existing monthly tech package, with no additional fees for standard use.

Switching CRM of Choice

Once you select and “opt-in” to a CRM, you are committed for 12 months. Exceptions to the rule apply if you are joining a team using a different CRM or leaving a team and desire to switch CRM. You may make this switch one time per 12 month cycle.

Activating your CRM of Choice (Lofty, Cloze, BoldTrail, and Follow Up Boss)

To Activate your Lofty, Cloze, Bold trail, or Follow Up Boss you will want to login to your OKTA Dashboard. Then select the “Marketplace” tile. From there you will be able to select what CRM you will want to use.
