 eXp Ready is a pay-at-close home preparation program, powered by Notable Finance. Sellers access a line of credit of up to $50,000 to fund pre-listing improvements — staging, painting, repairs, landscaping — and repay only what they spent (plus fixed interest) from their closing proceeds.
