How much are eXp's Monthly Fees?

The fees are as follows:

-Start up Fee: $149.00 (One time fee. Includes first month’s Cloud Brokerage Fee)

- Cloud Brokerage Fee: $85.00 (Monthly Includes. CRM of Choice, eXp World, Skyslope, Slack, The Hub, MyeXp, Canva. etc. **Does not Include Digisign**)

- Broker Review Fee: $25.00 (Per transaction.)

- Risk Management Fee: $60.00 (Per transaction.)

The $149 that is paid upon joining fee includes your first month, and the monthly fees start being charged 30 days later.

You will not be charged the start up fee until your license has been transferred and are made active with eXp.
