Step 1: SkySlope
Create a Transaction in SkySlope
- Checklist Type should contain the words "lease" or “rental”
- Type (representation) must be one of the following:
- Lease Tenant
- Lease Landlord
- Both Lease Tenant & Landlord
- Enter the Payer name and email under Misc. Contacts
- Sale Price should be the Full Lease Value (FLV) provided that there is a fully executed Lease Agreement uploaded to SkySlope. No lease agreement means the Sale Price is the expected commission amount.

Step 2: DepositLink
Use OKTA to log in to DepositLink
- Link to OKTA HERE
- Click "deals" in DepositLink
- Click "View" next to the property address
- Verify the Payer information and commission amount
- Click "Resend Email" to submit the electronic payment request
Step 3: Funds Sent
The payer sends their payment
- The payer submits the commission payment electronically
- Email notification goes out to you and the Payer as soon as payment is sent
Step 4: You get PAID
24 - 48 hours after funds are sent
- eXp Transactions team is notified when the payment has been sent
- 24-48 hours after payment has been sent, eXp settles the transaction and releases your payment
