Updating Your eXp Email Forwarding Address

You eXp Email is a forwarding alias that will forward emails to the email address of your choice. This may be updated anytime via the steps below.

 

How to Update Forwarding Email

Log into Enterprise with your eXp Passport Credentials
  1. Click My Business
  2. Click My Agent Profile image.png
  3. In your Agent Profile, click the “Email” tab on the right
  4. Select the blue button “Change Forward Email” image.png
  5. Enter your new forwarding email address in both fields that appear and then click “Update”. Your email will be automatically updated after this step, and you may disregard any messages it gives you about requiring a verification/confirmation email.
