How do I know how many points I have?

 
You can reach out to the ICON team at iconaward@exprealty.net for your current points balance at any time. As the end of your Cultural Benefit Year approaches, you will receive
communications with your point balance to ensure you are on your way to achieving your stock award, should you choose to participate!
 

I am giving back to eXp and/or the eXp advisor population in a way not listed on the Points Guide. Can I receive points for my participation?

 
The goal of the Cultural Commitment portion of the ICON Program is to give-back to eXp and
our advisor population. If you are making relevant contributions to eXp and/or our advisors and
would like your participation to be considered for points credit, reach out to the ICON Team to
schedule an ICONsultation.
 

I have completed my Cultural Commitment and earned 20 Points. When will I receive my stock Award?

 
In the month following completion of the Cultural Requirements during the ICON Cultural Benefit Year, a final audit will be completed to verify if the ICON advisor has met the Cultural Commitment points requirements to earn the additional stock award. The Cultural Stock Award will be posted in your Shareworks account the month following the completion of the Cultural Requirements as laid out in the Points Guide. This stock award has a one-year vesting period. Stock will be issued and vest as long as the ICON advisor remains licensed exclusively with eXp for the duration of the one-year vesting period.
 

I have received my updated points balance, but I think there are points missing. Who should I contact?

If we are a domestic team, can we both earn points?

 

Yes, if a domestic team has achieved ICON status, then either, or both, of the team members
can participate in the Cultural Commitment to earn points.

How do I sign up to be a panelist or moderator for ICONversations, ICON Team Talk, ICON Mastermind, or a Google Meet Panel?

and will receive communications from the ICON Team via WP chat as your commitment
approaches.
 

How do I get started with the Mentor Program?

 
US: Mentor applicants must average eight transactions per year, and have completed at least
two transactions at eXp Realty. Learn more about the requirements to be a Certified Mentor
here. If you meet the requirements, you can submit an application to become a Certified Mentor by logging into eXpand and selecting “I want to be a Mentor.” You will receive follow up
communication from the Mentor Team.

The first step to teaching with eXp University is to take the “ICON Instructor” course in
Mindflash. After completing this course, a member of the eXp University Team will be in touch
with next steps.
