How to update your eXp Email Alias

Company Policy

eXp Realty provides email access to the following roles:
  • Licensed Agents
  • Non-licensed Agents
  • Limited TC (Transaction Coordinator) Access
  • Non-licensed Staff with approved access to eXp World and Skyslope

Email Format Guidelines

When requesting your eXp email alias, make sure it follows one of the approved formats below:
  • first.last@exprealty.com
  • first.mi.last@exprealty.com (mi = middle initial)
  • first.last.st@exprealty.com (st = state abbreviation)
  • preferredname.last@exprealty.com (If compliant with your state’s guidelines)

Important:

  • Your state’s broker team can help confirm if your preferred name complies with local board requirements.
  • Some states may require you to update your name with the board before using a preferred alias.

How to Submit Your Request

  3. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days by our Agent Services Team.
