How do I join the Luxury Program?

Qualifications to join the Luxury Program:

You may qualify for eXp Luxury membership through production or by having an approved credential.

To qualify by production, prospective members must have achieved three (3) closed sides within the last 24 months at $1,000,000+ OR each three (3) closed sides within the last 24-month period at 3x Average Sales Price of your local MLS.

To qualify by credential, prospective members may hold any of the following:

eXp Luxury Certification (including the online eXp Luxury Certification Course OR in-person event Fast-Track Courses completed within stated time limits)

Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS) from the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing

Luxury Homes Certification from NAR
