Sending a Referral:

eXp Affiliated Agents (Realty, Commercial and International)

eXp agents sending referral to another exp agent will use the Global Referral Platform to send the referral.

1. US to US

1. You do not need to do anything once your referral agreement has been signed, other than request an update when your referral is under contract
2. eXp Transactions staff will create your referral file in Skyslope, maintain document upload, and release payment to you.

1. Outside US

1. You will need to create the referral file in Skyslope and maintain document upload.

Outside Brokerages

1. Create a referral file in Skyslope as soon as you have a signed referral agreement. 

1. REMINDER: Each state has a unique referral agreement to ensure checks are mailed to the correct address. Find the one you need in Skyslope forms.
