How can a real estate agent update their direct deposit information?

This request is for agents who want to update the bank account where they receive commissions payments. This is not for agents who are wanting to update the bank account where they pay monthly dues to eXp.

There are 2 ways you an agent in the U.S. can update their Direct Deposit account.  The preferred method is agents can update their bank information through the My eXp app.  Or agents can complete a direct deposit authorization form.  Links below.

How does an agent change to get commission paid by a check?

If an agent is wanting to switch commission payments from direct deposit to a paper check, please have them fill out the Direct Deposit form (https://app.hellosign.com/s/FXU1UGTa) and  put "Paper Check" as the bank name and all 0's as account number  and routing number.
