How to Request Access

  1. Fill out the form:
  2. One form per person:
    • If you’re hiring multiple TCs/Assistants, a separate form must be completed for each.
  3. Monthly Tech Fee:
    • Unlicensed TCs/Assistants: $30/month (charged to the agent).
    • Licensed with eXp (with an eXp email): No fee.
    • No exceptions for those in the process of getting licensed.

What Happens After You Submit the Form?

  • Within 24–48 business hours, you’ll receive a contract via email titled:
    "eXp Realty – US – Agent and Support Personnel Cloud Brokerage Access Agreement."
  • You and your TC/Assistant both need to sign this contract.
  • After signing, please allow 2–4 business days for access to be granted.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once everything is complete.

Finding Your Agent ID Number

You’ll need your Agent ID for the form.
Find it in Enterprise:
Enterprise > My Business > Agent Profile

What Access Will My TC/Assistant Get?

They’ll have access to:
  • Skyslope
  • Workplace
  • eXp World
  • An eXp email alias (format: firstname.lastname.assist@exprealty.com)

Important Notes:

  • A new TC/Assistant won’t see past files unless you add them as a co-agent on those files in Skyslope.
  • Files created by the TC/Assistant are automatically visible to both of you.
  • You can add multiple co-agents to any file — this does not affect commission.

Removing a TC/Assistant

To remove access and stop billing:
  1. Complete the same form
  2. Select “Removing TC/Assistant Access”
  3. You’ll get a severance form via email.
  4. Once signed, access will be removed and billing stopped within 7–10 business days.

For Teams

  • Only the Team Lead or TC/Assistant needs to fill out the form.
  • The Team Lead must be active before submitting.
  • The Team Lead is listed as the “agent” and is billed the $30 tech fee (if applicable).
  • Same contract and 2–4 business day timeline applies.

Special Note for Domestic Teams:

  • Both members must be listed on the contract.
  • If not, a separate Skyslope account will be created and charged $30/month + $30 setup fee, even if licensed.

FAQs

  • Will my TC/Assistant see old files?
    • No — unless added as a co-agent on those specific files.
  • Can they contact support for me?
    • No — you, the agent, must contact Skyslope Support directly via chat or at 1-800-507-4117.
  • Can TCs/Assistants be with other brokerages?
    • No — they must:
      • Transfer to eXp Realty, eXp Referral, or eXp Commercial, or
      • Set their license to inactive/non-working with your state’s DRE.
  • I’m a new agent who wants to do TC work too. Should I apply?
    • Not yet. Don’t request TC/Assistant access until you’re officially working with an agent.
  • Who trains new TCs/Assistants?
    • New TCs/Assistants should reach out to their state broker for guidance on duties and completing contracts
