Agent Stock Awards

First Closed Award

When an agent completes their first sale, lease, or referral transactions (Full Unit) in each anniversary year with exp, the agent will be granted a stock award of a predetermined value of EXPI stock.

Capped Award

Upon Fulfillment of a non-reduced cap during each anniversary year, agents will be ranted a stock award of a predetermined value of EXPIU Stock.

Sponsor Award

When an eXp agent directly attracts another agent to exp, and upon the sponsored agents first completed transaction with exp, the sponsoring agent will be granted a stock award of a predetermined value of EXPI stock.
