Canadian Agent Updates

The Canada Agent Services team (Expert Care Desk) is your go-to support for a wide range of agent updates and compliance-related tasks. If you're a Canadian eXp Realty agent, here’s everything we can assist you with.

 

Do Not Call List (DNCL)

We manage DNCL policy requirements in both English and French.
Services Provided:
  • Sending policy agreements via HelloSign
  • Maintaining records of signed policies
  • Adding or removing your name and contact information (including TC info)
Note: DNCL training completion is tracked using a Google Response Sheet.

Telelisting Access (EN & FR)

Before accessing Telelisting, agents must complete DNCL training.
Services Provided:
  • Sending invitations for Telelisting access
  • Removing access for offboarded agents
Note: Completion of DNCL training is required prior to gaining Telelisting access.

Profile Updates

Keep your personal and business information current.
 
We can update:
  • Legal name
  • Email alias or preferred name
  • Forwarding email address
  • Mailing address
  • Phone number
  • Trade name
  • Real estate license
Note: If you’re requesting a trade name update, it may also involve your legal name or email alias.

Agent Equity

You can opt in or out of the eXp Agent Equity program through our team.
Note: Any changes to your equity status will take effect the following month.

kvCORE / MLS Board Updates

Need to make changes to your MLS association? We’ve got you covered.

  • Extending course deadlines
  • Resetting courses
